Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order and initiate production.
The remaining 50% balance payment must be completed prior to dispatch.
Production will commence only upon receipt of the advance payment.
Goods will be dispatched only after full payment has been received.
Payment terms for repeat customers or special arrangements may be considered at the sole discretion of ASMA INTERNATIONAL.

Order & Production

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by ASMA INTERNATIONAL.
OEM, ODM, customized, and private-label orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has commenced.
Production timelines may vary depending on order quantity, product specifications, and material availability.

Quality Assurance

All products undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch to ensure compliance with the agreed specifications.
Minor variations in color, texture, grain pattern, or finish may occur due to the natural characteristics of genuine leather and shall not be considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery schedules are provided as estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
ASMA INTERNATIONAL shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

ASMA INTERNATIONAL’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied and shall not extend to any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
